Personally my son is 4 and he wasn't able to play the game on his own. The age range starts at 4, but there is math involved to play the game as soon as you start.
Several game options in each game. Fun for the younger age children. Fits into the portable and stationary vtech games.
Some of the 'Adventure Zone" games are too juvenile. My daughter and I greatly anticipated this game, but we are a little disappointed.
Excellent choice on our part. Some areas are a little beyond his age, but that just gives him more time to learn from this. My son is just 4 in January. He's having a blast with this.
He mostly plays the underwater part and the rollercoaster. It also gives us a chance to talk about how 2 numbers can equal another. I bought this for my almost [.]. Some of it is above his level, but that doesn't seem to affect his enjoyment of it at all, and I think it's nice he can grow into it a bit. Well worth the money. and he loves it. He's been playing it for 2 months now.
